About the role
- Independently perform payroll processing, including reporting and certification tasks
- Serve as the point of contact for employees, social security institutions and authorities on payroll tax and social security matters
- Post-processing of the monthly payroll
- Prepare, process and forward various reports and analyses
- Actively support and participate in specific HR topics and projects
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial/business training or a comparable qualification
- Solid knowledge of payroll tax and social security law
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ideally experience with SAP or a common payroll system (e.g., DATEV)
- Independent and structured working style
- Fluent German language skills
