About the role
- Development, planning and implementation of offshore wind projects (national / international)
- Preparation and refinement of logistical concepts for the wind farm
- Execution of Technical Due Diligence processes and assessment of technical concepts and installation methods for offshore wind projects
- Support in developing the department, especially with regard to offshore wind farm development projects
- Preparation of tender documents
- Support during technical contract negotiations for logistics and installation scopes
- Identification and coordination of technical interfaces and risks
- Support with scheduling and reporting to the client
- Handling of relevant customs processes and technical contract management
- Ensuring compliance with approval and certification requirements (national / international)
- Preparation of technical documentation and ensuring contractual compliance of technical documentation
- Support during execution works (offshore installations and commissioning)
- Participation in industry-specific working groups and research projects (e.g., WAB)
Requirements
- University degree in engineering, e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil engineering or a related field
- Three to five years of project management experience in the renewable energy sector
- Basic knowledge of applicable standards and relevant industry guidance
- Familiarity with the current state of the art
- Team player with strong (intercultural) communication and organizational skills
- Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken; Chinese language skills preferred
- Reliable, structured working style and process-oriented thinking
- Confident, always polite and professionally competent demeanor
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and to undertake offshore assignments when required
