About the role

  • Technical support & consulting: You will support and advise our customers on technical questions related to our IT solutions.
  • Customer service: You will assist users with our Infoma newsystem software and ensure smooth operation.
  • Remote services: You will perform technical services directly for customers—mostly remotely—e.g., on Microsoft SQL Servers and databases.
  • Experience technology trends: You will get to know modern solutions in the cloud and mobility space and support our customers in adopting and using these technologies.
  • Team spirit: From day one you will be an integral part of our young, motivated team.

Requirements

  • You have a good secondary school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss) or a (technical) high school diploma (Fach-/Abitur).
  • You have very good German language skills (C1) and good English skills.
  • You are enthusiastic about technology—whether computers, networks, or software.
  • You are a team player, reliable, and enjoy learning new things.
  • Logical thinking and a quick grasp of new concepts distinguish you.
