About the role

  • Organization of trade show appearances: planning, coordinating and executing trade show activities related to the NEO Suite
  • Design of media: creation of presentations, whitepapers and other marketing materials
  • Webcast planning and moderation: responsibility for digital formats from topic conception through technical implementation to moderation
  • Content creation for website, blog, social media & email marketing
  • Project support: coordination and implementation of marketing campaigns and projects

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or a comparable degree program
  • Good sense for design, language and digital trends
  • Confident user of PowerPoint and ideally some experience with tools like Canva or Adobe
  • Interest in digital communication, creativity and initiative
  • Structured, independent working style and enjoyment of teamwork
  • Knowledge of social media and content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
  • Very good German language skills (written and spoken) and good English skills
