About the role
- Acquisition and execution of projects in the areas of thermal, cold, acoustic and fire protection
- Overall responsibility for project management and leading project and on-site teams
- First point of contact for our clients
- Sourcing and securing tender opportunities
- Cost estimation and preparation of quotations
- Preparation of specifications (bill of quantities) and planning documents
- Ensuring compliance with all technical, scheduling and economic objectives
- Preparation of site measurements and documentation
- Negotiation, awarding and coordination of materials and subcontractor services
- Project monitoring and follow-up
- Providing technical advice to our clients
- Reporting to management
Requirements
- Degree in engineering
- Qualification as a technician, master craftsman or an equivalent vocational qualification
- Experience in managing construction-industry projects
- Ideally: knowledge of technical insulation and fire protection
- Business/financial knowledge
- Proficiency with MS Office, ideally also with SAP
