About the role
- Independently and punctually prepare the monthly payroll for a defined group of employees in SAP HCM
- Handle all pre- and post-payroll activities related to payroll processing
- Serve as the contact person for employees on all payroll-related questions
- Process all tax and social security procedures, including certification matters
- Maintain, update, and enter employee master data
- Correspond with authorities, offices, health insurance companies, and social security agencies
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting
- Ideally, solid knowledge of SAP HCM and confident use of MS Office
- Strong IT affinity and enjoyment in working with various HR-IT systems
- Structured and results-oriented working style as well as strong communication skills
