About the role

  • Independently and punctually prepare the monthly payroll for a defined group of employees in SAP HCM
  • Handle all pre- and post-payroll activities related to payroll processing
  • Serve as the contact person for employees on all payroll-related questions
  • Process all tax and social security procedures, including certification matters
  • Maintain, update, and enter employee master data
  • Correspond with authorities, offices, health insurance companies, and social security agencies

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting
  • Ideally, solid knowledge of SAP HCM and confident use of MS Office
  • Strong IT affinity and enjoyment in working with various HR-IT systems
  • Structured and results-oriented working style as well as strong communication skills
