About the role
- Support in quality and information security management: Actively contribute to the design and optimization of processes in collaboration with our specialist departments.
- Document processes: Help capture and create process workflows — always in close coordination with our experts.
- Assist with internal audits: Take part in preparing and following up on internal audits, and learn what matters.
- Analyze data: Produce statistics and reports that help us improve.
- Update documents: Edit and maintain standard/template documents to keep them up to date.
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled: Whether in business administration/economics or a comparable degree — it is important that you remain enrolled for at least the next 12 months.
- Analytical thinking & project understanding: You have a good sense for projects and approach tasks analytically.
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint are familiar to you.
- Bonus — software know-how: Ideally you have first experience with process modeling software such as ViFlow or Visio.
