About the role

  • Organize and conduct project surveys / detailed surveys with the client to determine their requirements
  • Coordinate activities necessary to develop the project for tendering
  • Update client and internal databases
  • Organize RNI surveys and measure the zero reference point
  • Review tender plans
  • Obtain site plans (buildings, cadastral maps)
  • Prepare execution budgets considering economic, structural and physical aspects
  • Monitor projects and handle billing
  • Liaise with clients, property owners, subcontractors and authorities
  • Prepare the execution package (reinforced concrete plans, steel construction)
  • Implement management system requirements (cost control, quality, environmental protection, occupational health and safety)

Requirements

  • Federal VET diploma (CFC) in a technical field and/or a degree in civil engineering
  • Additional training in telecommunications is a significant asset
  • 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar role, in project management
  • Experience in supervising personnel
  • Good command of MS Office applications
  • Category B driving license (required)
