About the role
- Organize and conduct project surveys / detailed surveys with the client to determine their requirements
- Coordinate activities necessary to develop the project for tendering
- Update client and internal databases
- Organize RNI surveys and measure the zero reference point
- Review tender plans
- Obtain site plans (buildings, cadastral maps)
- Prepare execution budgets considering economic, structural and physical aspects
- Monitor projects and handle billing
- Liaise with clients, property owners, subcontractors and authorities
- Prepare the execution package (reinforced concrete plans, steel construction)
- Implement management system requirements (cost control, quality, environmental protection, occupational health and safety)
Requirements
- Federal VET diploma (CFC) in a technical field and/or a degree in civil engineering
- Additional training in telecommunications is a significant asset
- 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar role, in project management
- Experience in supervising personnel
- Good command of MS Office applications
- Category B driving license (required)
