About the role

  • Organize, plan, prepare and manage projects in the areas of heat, cold and structural fire protection, as well as related trades
  • Responsibility for project management and leadership of project and site teams
  • Provide technical advice to our clients in the process industry and building services
  • Prepare site measurements and documentation
  • Cost estimation and preparation of proposals and change orders
  • Preparation of specifications and planning documents
  • Ensure compliance with all technical, schedule and financial objectives
  • Negotiate, award and coordinate materials and subcontractor services
  • Project monitoring and project controlling

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Technical Business Administration (alternatively, qualification as a technician or master craftsman)
  • Experience in project management of construction-related projects, including project controlling, is desirable
  • Experience in technical sales and commercial knowledge is an advantage
  • Strong cost awareness and quality consciousness, combined with a high level of safety awareness
  • Confident demeanor and strong communication and negotiation skills in customer-facing situations
  • Independent, reliable working style and ability to solve problems in collaboration with our internal service departments
  • Outgoing and open-minded personality with a strong team spirit
