About the role
- Plan and configure IT systems
- Advise users on the selection and use of devices
- Respond to support requests in the user helpdesk
- Administer and monitor IT systems and mobile devices
- Contribute actively as part of a team
Requirements
- Good secondary school diploma (Realschule) or (technical) A-levels (Fach-/Abitur)
- Enthusiasm for IT topics and technical aptitude
- Strong communication skills and team orientation
- Quick learner, self-initiative and reliability
- Good command of English
- Class B driving licence (willing to obtain shortly or already held)
