About the role
- Operational leadership of the technical leads in design, structural engineering, steel construction, electrical, NIS calculations and tools
- Ensure optimal costs with respect to customer requirements through a shared engineering philosophy
- Continuous optimization of working methods
- Initiation of and commercial responsibility for innovation projects
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering (Building/Structural Engineering) or Architecture
- Several years of experience in the planning and implementation of building or steel construction projects
- Analytical, team builder, mediator and hands-on
- German and English; French and/or Italian are an advantage
