About the role

  • Lead exciting Data & AI projects from planning through implementation, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  • Maintain oversight of project progress, identify challenges early, and develop smart solutions.
  • Support change through targeted communication and active stakeholder management.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and best practices and document all project steps transparently and traceably.
  • Inspire colleagues with workshops, training sessions, and presentations — and help expand Data & AI across the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in planning and managing IT projects.
  • Experience in planning and managing IT projects.
  • Team player with clear and persuasive communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Structured working style with a hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for challenges.
  • Excellent German and English skills; French skills are a plus.
