About the role

  • Digitalization of accounting for district, city and municipal administrations as well as churches
  • Advising and supporting our clients in financial accounting, asset accounting and budget planning
  • Training and onboarding users in new projects and for existing clients
  • Analyzing and optimizing processes related to our financial software and the adjacent business departments
  • Process and organizational consulting in close cooperation with our clients and partners

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Public Administration, Economics, or completed vocational training as an administrative specialist (m/f/d)
  • Desirable: knowledge of financial accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable), asset accounting, and budget planning
  • Initial experience in the municipal/public sector is an advantage
  • Passion for IT and enthusiasm for consulting
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel regionally (Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland, North Rhine-Westphalia)
