About the role

  • Acquisition and execution of projects in the areas of thermal, refrigeration, acoustic and fire protection
  • Responsible for project management and leadership of project and site teams
  • Technical consulting for our clients in the process industry and building services
  • Sourcing and securing tender opportunities
  • Cost estimation and preparation of proposals
  • Preparation of specifications (bills of quantities) and planning documents
  • Ensuring compliance with all technical, scheduling and financial targets
  • Preparation of measurements and project documentation
  • Negotiation, awarding and coordination of materials and subcontractor services
  • Project tracking and monitoring

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering or qualification as a technician
  • Competence/experience in project management of construction projects, including project controlling, is desirable
  • Experience in technical sales and commercial knowledge are an advantage
  • Strong cost awareness and a sales-oriented mindset
  • Confident presence as well as strong communication and persuasion skills in customer interactions
  • Independent, reliable working style and strong problem-solving ability
  • Sociable, open personality with pronounced team spirit
