About the role
- Sales and execution of projects in the fields of thermal, cooling, acoustic and fire protection or related trades
- Responsibility for project management and leadership of project and site teams
- Technical consultation for our clients in the process industry and building services
- Sourcing of tender opportunities
- Estimating and preparation of proposals
- Preparation of specifications (bills of quantities) and planning documents
- Ensuring compliance with all technical, scheduling and economic targets
- Preparation of measurements and documentation
- Negotiation, awarding and coordination of materials and subcontractor services
- Commercial and technical project monitoring
Requirements
- Degree in engineering, qualification as a technician or comparable qualification
- Competence/experience in project management of construction projects, including project controlling, desirable
- Experience in technical sales and commercial knowledge advantageous
- Strong cost awareness and sales affinity
- Confident presence as well as strong communication skills and eloquence in customer-facing situations
- Independent, reliable working style and strong problem-solving ability
- Outgoing and open personality with pronounced team spirit
