About the role
- Acquisition and execution of projects in heating, cooling, acoustic and fire protection
- Responsibility for project management and leadership of site teams
- Technical consulting for our customers in the process industry
- Sourcing tender documents and preparing bid calculations
- Ensuring compliance with all technical, scheduling and financial objectives
- Negotiation, awarding and coordination of materials and subcontractor services
- Project monitoring and preparation of measurements/quantity surveys
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or qualification as a technician
- Competence and experience in project management of construction-related projects, including project controlling
- Experience in technical sales is an advantage
- Strong cost awareness
- Sales affinity
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
