About the role
- Trainee program with challenging projects at various national and international locations, based on an individually tailored trainee plan
- Wide variety through exciting tasks both on-site at construction sites and in the office
- Insight into the structures and the Group's diverse technical and commercial areas
- Development of your professional and personal skills through targeted assignments and participation in workshops
- Build a company-wide network through events with executives and fellow trainees (m/f/d), including a social day. Mentor support provided
- Assignments in other European countries to expand your intercultural competencies and language skills
Requirements
- Above-average completed university degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering with a focus on Controlling/Finance
- Initial professional experience through internships, working-student roles, or prior vocational training is an advantage but not required
- Affinity for commercial/financial topics combined with analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities
- Independence, willingness to learn, and strong performance orientation
- Entrepreneurial mindset, flexibility, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Fluent German and good English skills
