About the role
- Technical and commercial responsibility for projects involving sprinkler system modifications and retrofits
- Processing repair orders and preparing related quotations
- Ensuring compliance with all technical guidelines (e.g., VdS) and standards
- Contract-compliant execution of projects with respect to schedules, costs and revenues
- Change order management
- Customer contact and participation in construction/site meetings
- Responsibility for drawings and hydraulic calculations
Requirements
- Completed training in mechanical engineering, building services/utility engineering or an equivalent qualification as a technician or master craftsman
- Several years of professional experience as a project manager, ideally in the field of sprinkler systems
- AutoCAD skills or knowledge of other design/CAD programs
- Confident user of the MS Office suite
- Structured and results-oriented working style
- Communicative, self-reliant and a team player
