About the role
- Technical and commercial responsibility for multiple projects involving sprinkler system retrofits
- Processing repair orders and preparing associated quotations
- Contract-compliant execution of projects with respect to schedules, costs and revenues
- Complete change order management
- Maintaining customer contact and participating in construction/site meetings
Requirements
- Completed qualification in mechanical engineering, building services/utility engineering, or an equivalent qualification as a technician or master craftsman
- Several years of professional experience as a project manager, ideally in the field of sprinkler systems
- AutoCAD skills or proficiency in other CAD/design software
- Confident user of the MS Office suite
- Structured and results-oriented working style
