About the role
- Organization, planning, preparation and execution of projects in the fields of thermal and cold insulation and structural fire protection, as well as adjacent trades
- Responsibility for project management and leadership of project and site teams
- Technical consulting for our clients in the process industry and building services
- Preparation of site measurements and documentation
- Estimating and preparation of quotes and change orders
- Preparation of bills of quantities and planning documents
- Ensuring adherence to all technical, scheduling and financial objectives
- Negotiation, awarding and coordination of materials and subcontractor services
- Project monitoring and project controlling
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or vocational training as a technician
- Initial experience in project management of construction-related projects desirable; also suitable for career changers and entry-level candidates
- Initial experience in technical sales and commercial knowledge advantageous
- Strong cost awareness, sales affinity and negotiation skills
- Confident presence and strong communication and negotiation skills in customer interactions
- Independent, reliable working style and strong problem-solving ability
- Sociable, open personality with a pronounced team spirit
