About the role

  • Proactively contact prospects and existing customers by phone (outbound) across the DACH region, primarily within public administration, foundations and similar organizations
  • Conduct campaigns to assess needs and invite clients to online or on-site presentations without applying sales pressure over the phone
  • Handle inquiries from existing customers, prepare quotations and follow up on decision-making
  • Identify market trends and new business opportunities together with field sales and team leadership
  • Maintain customer data, call notes and quotations in the CRM system (MS-Sales)
  • Work closely with inside and field sales teams and actively contribute to the further development of telephone processes

Requirements

  • Commercial training, ideally with an IT focus, or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience in inside sales or telephone customer support in an IT environment or with complex/technical subject matter
  • Confident use of MS365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Enjoy proactive telephone outreach (inbound & outbound) and the ability to address technical staff and executives professionally and appropriately for the target audience
  • Interest in modern IT solutions and willingness to learn the product portfolio
  • Communicative, team-oriented and customer-focused; able to work independently and in a structured way, remain motivated and consistently pursue targets
