About the role

  • Actively contribute to a variety of IT projects: from gathering functional requirements and project management to technical implementation/implementation
  • Ensure compliance with group-wide IT governance when introducing new software solutions
  • Test new systems and system components, handle commissioning, and take responsibility for regular updates
  • Customize and document functional extensions of the deployed systems, and handle incident reports in 2nd-level support
  • Coordinate necessary system adjustments with external IT service providers

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training, e.g., as an IT specialist (m/f/d), or a university degree in computer science
  • Several years of professional experience in the IT field
  • Team player (m/f/d) with strong communication skills, an outgoing and cooperative demeanour
  • Independent and quality-conscious working style
  • Ideally experience with DMS systems
  • Preferably some exposure to SQL
  • Practical experience with .NET and C#
  • Open to working with new systems and programming languages
