About the role
- Responsible for the economic success of the business unit with approximately 80 employees.
- Strategic alignment and long-term planning of your area.
- Acquisition of new, innovative projects and development of sustainable customer management.
- Responsibility for qualitative personnel planning of the business unit.
- Technical execution/handling of orders.
- Cost monitoring, cost control and invoicing.
Requirements
- Degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, energy or utility/grid construction, or a comparable background/academic qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in construction-related project business.
- Solid technical and disciplinary leadership experience over several years.
- Independently acquired new customers and projects.
- Several years of cost-center and Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility.
- Good knowledge of MS Office; ideally experience with SAP.
- Fluent German (spoken and written); English skills are a plus.
