About the role

  • Responsible for the economic success of the business unit with approximately 80 employees.
  • Strategic alignment and long-term planning of your area.
  • Acquisition of new, innovative projects and development of sustainable customer management.
  • Responsibility for qualitative personnel planning of the business unit.
  • Technical execution/handling of orders.
  • Cost monitoring, cost control and invoicing.

Requirements

  • Degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, energy or utility/grid construction, or a comparable background/academic qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in construction-related project business.
  • Solid technical and disciplinary leadership experience over several years.
  • Independently acquired new customers and projects.
  • Several years of cost-center and Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office; ideally experience with SAP.
  • Fluent German (spoken and written); English skills are a plus.
