About the role

  • Analysis and problem solving: Identify disruptions and root causes (performance cases) and develop sustainable solutions to optimize plant availability
  • Technical optimization: Design and implement technical measures to increase efficiency and improve performance
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor relevant KPIs such as energy production, availability and costs
  • Derive recommendations for action and prepare customer reporting as part of operations management (O&M) contracts
  • Project management: Independently manage projects in technical operations management for offshore wind farms
  • Customer onboarding & continuous improvement: Implement onboarding of new clients and continuously improve existing performance analyses

Requirements

  • Completed technical or scientific degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Industrial Engineering)
  • Additional qualifications in project management are an advantage
  • Knowledge of offshore wind energy, the energy industry or renewable energies is desirable
  • Experience coordinating interdisciplinary teams and external service providers
  • Analytical skills to identify root causes and performance cases
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders, suppliers and service teams
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Very good German language skills
