About the role
- Operational HR work: Take responsibility for handling employee onboarding and offboarding, employment contracts, contract amendments and references, ensuring all processes run smoothly.
- Employee support: Act as the first point of contact for our employees and managers on all HR-related matters and support them with your expertise and experience.
- Cooperation with the works council: Work closely with the works council, conduct consultation procedures and actively contribute to the drafting of new works agreements.
- Personnel development and planning: Support personnel development and workforce planning by contributing innovative ideas and developing tailored solutions for the advancement of our employees.
Requirements
- Completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in operational HR work
- Good knowledge of labor law and works constitution law
- Confident user of MS Office and SAP
- Strong communication and organizational skills
