About the role
- Proactive coverage of the market in Ostwestfalen and North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) – with the goal of maintaining existing customer relationships and establishing new partnerships
- Development of tailored, sustainable solutions to optimize building automation, including energy management, and to reduce customers' CO₂ emissions
- Execution of MSR planning, analysis of customer requirements and preparation of technical and commercial proposal concepts
- Obtaining relevant information on prices, materials and delivery times and close coordination with management for proposal preparation and costing
- Development of customer projects, conducting order negotiations and supporting contract award discussions
- Handover of the project to the responsible project management upon successful completion
Requirements
- Completed vocational training with further qualification as a master craftsman / technician (m/f/d) in electrical engineering, building services engineering (TGA) or automation – alternatively a relevant degree or many years of professional experience
- Experience in building automation / MSR, ideally with project management knowledge
- Good commercial understanding and knowledge of VOB, DIN and VDI
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and motivation for continuous professional development
