Requirements
- University degree with above-average results in Business Administration (BWL) or Industrial Engineering, with a focus on Controlling/Finance
- Initial practical experience through internships, working-student positions, or prior vocational training is an advantage but not mandatory
- An affinity for commercial topics combined with strong analytical skills
- High social competence and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently, strong willingness to learn and to perform
- Entrepreneurial mindset, flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Fluent German and good command of English
