About the role
- Act as the governance function for the project organization
- Further develop the existing review process
- Select and implement a project management software
- Contribute to the further development of existing project management standards
- Organize and conduct training sessions
- Establish standards for project audits and health checks
- Validate project metrics
- Develop and follow up on action plans with the business units
- Ensure compliance with defined processes for project reviews
- Act as a partner to project managers and project controllers
Requirements
- Completed degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering or Business Administration) or comparable qualification
- Experience in project management (desirable)
- Certification in project management standards such as PRINCE2, GPM, PMI/PMP or ITIL (welcome)
- Experience in contract management and claims management (desirable)
- Knowledge of project planning software (e.g., MS Project) (desirable)
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Confident use of MS Office and ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Independent, goal- and result-oriented, and structured working style
