About the role
- Assume the governance function for the project organization
- Further develop the existing review process
- Select and implement a project management software
- Contribute to the further development of existing Project Management standards
- Organize and conduct training sessions
- Establish standards for project audits and health checks
- Validate project metrics against budgets, schedules and other contractual obligations
- Develop and monitor action plans with the business units
- Ensure compliance with defined project review processes
- Act as a partner to project managers and project commercial staff on projects with special requirements
Requirements
- Completed degree (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration) or equivalent
- Experience in project management (desirable)
- Certification in common project management standards (e.g., PRINCE2, GPM, PMI/PMP, ITIL)
- Experience in contract management and claims management (desirable)
- Knowledge of project planning software (e.g., MS Project)
- Very good command of German (written and spoken)
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Independent, goal- and results-oriented working style
