About the role
- You analyze and design IT systems to network processes and systems.
- You implement and configure IT systems and integrate their components into complex network and client–server environments.
- You advise customers on the selection and use of appropriate hardware and software.
- You resolve application and system issues using various troubleshooting techniques and tools.
- You administer and monitor IT systems and mobile devices.
Requirements
- You have a good secondary school certificate (Realschulabschluss) or a (technical) high-school diploma ((Fach-)Abitur).
- You have very good German language skills (C1) and good English skills.
- You are passionate about technology—whether computers, networks, or software.
- You are a team player, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Logical thinking and a quick grasp of new concepts characterize you.
