• Assembly, configuration, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware
• Professional technical support for end users and liaison with external partners
• Technical assistance to our System Engineers with administrative matters, commissioning, rollouts, relocations and decommissions/disposals
• Dispatch activities, preparation of information and documentation
• On-call duty once per month
• Management of the internal spare parts inventory
