About the role
- Support on projects involving sprinkler system conversions and small-scale installations
- Handle repair orders and prepare associated quotes
- Execute projects in accordance with contracts regarding schedules, costs, and revenues
- Manage variations and change orders
- Maintain customer contacts and participate in construction meetings
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training with further qualification as a technician or equivalent qualification
- Initial experience with AutoCAD or another design/CAD program
- Strong service orientation
- Confident user of MS Office applications
- Team-oriented, customer-friendly, communicative, and solution-focused
