About the role

  • Acquisition and handling of projects in the areas of heating, cooling, acoustic and fire protection
  • Responsibility for project management and leadership of project and construction site teams
  • Technical consulting for our clients in the process industry and building services
  • Sourcing/obtaining tenders
  • Cost estimation and preparation of bids
  • Preparation of specifications and planning documents
  • Ensuring compliance with all technical, scheduling and financial objectives
  • Preparation of measurements and documentation
  • Negotiation, awarding and coordination of materials and subcontractor services
  • Project tracking and monitoring

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering or qualification as a technician, or master craftsman certification in a trade
  • Competence/experience in project management of construction-related projects, including project controlling, is desirable
  • Experience in technical sales and commercial/financial knowledge are an advantage
  • Strong cost awareness and sales affinity
  • Confident demeanor with strong communication skills and verbal fluency in customer interactions
  • Independent, reliable working style and strong problem-solving ability
  • Outgoing, open-minded personality with pronounced team spirit
