About the role
- You continuously develop yourself and your technical skills and actively share your knowledge with the team.
- You ensure our customers are optimally supported 365 days a year – whether for troubleshooting, infrastructure issues, helpdesk tasks, or in the ticketing system.
- With your expertise you support the ongoing development of our system landscapes and applications.
- As a technical contact person you support product marketing at events and training sessions.
Requirements
- You have several years of experience as a System Engineer, IT system administrator, or in a comparable technical role.
- You possess solid knowledge in the operation, troubleshooting, and further development of IT infrastructures.
- In your working style you combine a hands-on mentality with a clear view for architecture, processes, and sustainable solutions.
- Ideally, you have experience with Alcatel‑Lucent products – this would be a definite plus.
- Certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, or ITIL are an additional advantage and underline your technical expertise.
- You have business-fluent German and very good English skills.
