About the role

  • Drive full‑cycle recruiting across enterprise go‑to‑market, technical, and G&A roles.
  • Source and assess top enterprise GTM talent (senior sellers, enterprise sales leaders, AM).
  • Screen candidates efficiently while maintaining extremely high talent standards.
  • Partner with hiring managers to refine role definitions and expectations.
  • Collaborate with People, Finance, and Leadership on headcount planning and process improvements.
  • Contribute to employer brand initiatives, messaging consistency, and candidate experience design.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in fast‑growing Seed through Series B startups.
  • Strong track record sourcing and closing enterprise GTM talent.
  • Experience recruiting technical roles (engineering, AI/ML, product).
  • High‑judgment talent evaluator; able to distinguish A‑players quickly and consistently.
  • Thrives in a hands‑on IC role with high autonomy and fast pace.
  • Exceptional communication skills—concise, high‑signal, and executive‑ready.
  • Proven ability to operate scrappily, independently, and with urgency.
