Marketing

• Strategic responsibility and coordination of Actemium's marketing and communications activities within a corporate division of approximately 4,500 employees
• Strategic development of brand awareness through concepts and initiatives
• Responsible for press and media relations with high-quality content across multiple channels (website, intranet, social media, newsletter, etc.)
• Coordinate, lead and develop the marketing team at the Berlin, Düsseldorf and Frankfurt locations
• Develop event concepts and organize events to strengthen customer relationships and increase brand awareness
• Structure internal and external communications
• Manage collaboration with external service providers and agencies
• Prepare marketing reports including website analytics
• Budget planning, monitoring and performance analysis of marketing activities
• Support employer branding
• Close collaboration with the brand team in Paris
