About the role
- Site leadership: Full responsibility for the site, including disciplinary, commercial and sales aspects.
- Lead and motivate a team of 38 employees.
- Monitor compliance with technical standards and quality.
- Shape the site's technical, strategic and cultural direction.
- Acquire new customers and manage existing client relationships.
- Monitor project performance during ongoing projects.
- Ensure contractual execution and delivery of projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or alternatively a master craftsman / certified technician (m/f/d).
- Several years of professional experience in project-based business, preferably in network/grid construction or electrical engineering.
- Proven technical and disciplinary leadership experience.
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality.
- Strategic and budget-oriented thinking and approach.
- IT affinity, specifically with MS Office applications.
- Valid Class B driver's license.
