About the role

  • Lead and manage offshore and onshore high-voltage projects in the Benelux region
  • Plan and oversee maintenance campaigns across multiple wind farms
  • Build and lead project teams, including permanent staff, external specialists and subcontractors
  • Inspire and develop team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration
  • Ensure project delivery meets schedule, quality standards and budget requirements
  • Conduct and facilitate internal and external meetings to align on progress and objectives
  • Promote and enforce strict safety standards to ensure a safe working environment on site

Requirements

  • Higher professional education (HBO) in Electrical Installation or equivalent
  • Extensive experience with offshore projects
  • Several years in a leadership role, e.g. Project Manager or Project Lead
  • Knowledge of IPMA and/or PRINCE2 methodologies is an advantage
  • Willingness to pursue additional training and certifications
  • Language skills: Dutch, German and English
  • Strong results orientation, excellent interpersonal skills and resilience
