About the role
- Overall responsibility for managing the business unit from both technical and commercial perspectives
- Lead the business unit in accordance with the guidelines and philosophy of our general management and cost-accounting principles
- Strategic and operational responsibility for personnel, sales and financial development
- Monitor and control all processes in line with our general management and cost-accounting principles
- Disciplinary leadership of employees and responsibility for their development
- Responsible for all technical and commercial operations within the business unit
- Support and control of technical and strategic projects
- Participation in contract negotiations including costing and change order management
- Active customer relationship management and advisory services
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of management experience in a similar role, ideally in insulation or fire protection
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and strategic understanding
- Excellent communication skills, decisiveness and assertiveness
- Experience in project management and customer support
