About the role

  • You know how to translate requirements from standards such as ISO 9001 into practical work processes and implement them
  • You ensure that suitable methods and procedures for analyzing, optimizing and monitoring an integrated management system are available and used effectively
  • You are responsible for maintaining and further developing these procedures across the company — including organizing appropriate training and instruction
  • You detect system deviations early, assess them thoroughly and derive targeted improvement measures for our management systems
  • Whether quality, environmental or another management system — you accompany the entire process from preparation and implementation to continuous development
  • You evaluate internal audits confidently and, when needed, provide support for external audits. You assemble a qualified audit team and ensure ongoing professional development
  • In conducting internal audits you apply your knowledge of audit principles, procedures and techniques specifically
  • You are also experienced in risk management and apply appropriate methods effectively to sustainably improve processes

Requirements

  • You have a degree in (industrial) engineering, (business) computer science, quality management or a comparable field — alternatively, you hold a relevant vocational qualification
  • You have gained initial practical experience in quality management, ideally in the context of ISO 9001. Knowledge of other standards — for example in environmental, information security, occupational health & safety or energy management — is a plus but not required
  • You think analytically, work in a structured way and keep an overview even in complex situations
  • You also demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to develop solutions collaboratively within a team
  • You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, and good English skills to operate confidently in an international working environment.
