• Organize and oversee the economical and defect-free execution of construction work in accordance with the client contract
• Prepare measurements/quantity take-offs for bid calculations
• Review measurements/quantity take-offs of subcontractor services and their progress invoices
• Serve as the point of contact for measurement and billing matters
• Construction billing and quantity determination on-site and based on drawings and project documentation
• Coordinate subcontractors
• Support site management, change order (variation) management, and the preparation of proposals for service contracts
