About the role

  • Take responsibility for and manage business units, handling ongoing revenue and profit & loss controlling, including monthly reporting
  • Support and steer the commercial and financial processes for the business units within your area of responsibility
  • Prepare quarterly reforecasts
  • Prepare the annual budgets and continuously monitor variances
  • Support the team lead in preparing the year-end financial statements
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the Project Office
  • Maintain and further develop internal analyses and reporting
  • Prepare decision-making materials to support management

Requirements

  • Degree (Bachelor/Master) in a business-related field, ideally with a focus on controlling, or commercial vocational training with relevant experience
  • Independent, structured, goal-oriented and team-oriented working style
  • Committed, highly motivated, resilient and reliable
  • Analytical mindset, quick comprehension, flexibility and strong teamwork skills
  • Business-fluent German and good English, both written and spoken
  • Very good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with ERP systems in general — SAP knowledge is an advantage
