About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead core Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, feature refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Perform daily backlog health checks; manage grooming and prioritization with Product Owners and stakeholders.
Capture and translate business and technical needs into clear epics, features, and user stories.
Configure and maintain Azure DevOps boards, sprints, iterations, dashboards, queries, analytics, and delivery plans.
Facilitate workshops and cross-team forums to define requirements and align priorities.
Manage team calendars, collaboration cadence, and communications via Microsoft Teams.
Maintain all position-based Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and update them as needed or requested.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Lead, or Backlog Analyst.
Strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps and Agile delivery frameworks.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and requirements-analysis skills.
Ability to maintain backlog discipline and drive predictable, high-quality delivery.
