About the role
- Support Go/No-Go Gate 1 activities by gathering and reviewing initial opportunity information
- Conduct preliminary research on opportunities, customers, and competitors
- Prepare and present Gate 1 findings to Tier 2 BD team members
- Assist with tracking opportunities in BD pipelines and internal systems
- Support documentation related to capture decisions and BD reviews
- Create, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to assigned BD tasks
- Ensure SOPs remain current and accurately reflect job responsibilities and workflows
- Collaborate with BD team members to ensure timely and accurate information flow
Requirements
- Entry-level position; prior BD experience is not required
- Basic knowledge of business development concepts preferred
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
