About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the success of vFairs customers
- Actively involved throughout the entire customer lifecycle starting from onboarding post-contract
- Own and manage Customer onboarding experience
- Create strong relationships with customers
- Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels
- Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- 0 - 1 year experience in customer support, project management, or other client-relations roles
- Experience with large enterprise clients is preferred
- Review trends and client information to identify product or service growth opportunities
- Must be tech-savvy with prior experience working with Google Apps for Work (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Preferably a degree in CS or Software Engineering
