About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure the success of vFairs customers
  • Actively involved throughout the entire customer lifecycle starting from onboarding post-contract
  • Own and manage Customer onboarding experience
  • Create strong relationships with customers
  • Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels
  • Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 0 - 1 year experience in customer support, project management, or other client-relations roles
  • Experience with large enterprise clients is preferred
  • Review trends and client information to identify product or service growth opportunities
  • Must be tech-savvy with prior experience working with Google Apps for Work (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferably a degree in CS or Software Engineering
