About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Store Managers to deliver sales, profitability, productivity, and KPI objectives across the district
- Analyze performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and implement action plans
- Translate performance data into practical insights linked to in-store behaviors and actions
- Conduct structured store visits focused on coaching, performance assessment, and execution quality
- Lead performance recovery plans in underperforming stores
- Champion brand DNA, visual identity, product storytelling, and customer experience
- Manage and lead new store openings and hiring store talent
- Promote an inclusive, people-first culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and engagement
- Ensure consistent and timely execution of brand initiatives and marketing campaigns
- Monitor customer metrics and drive improvement plans across the district
- Act as the voice of stores with Brand HQ functions
- Collaborate with central retail operations to execute business and brand strategy
- Communicate priorities, process changes, and performance expectations to Store Managers
- Work closely with Local HR, Health and Safety, and Asset Protection teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid and consistent management experience in a comparable position
- Experience managing several stores
- Proven record of achieving commercial and operational results and driving store performance
- Demonstrated coaching and development skills
- Strong business acumen and planning capability
- Data-driven decision-making ability
- Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and pace across multiple locations
- High level of responsibility management, communication skills, and flexibility
- Frequent travel, approximately 80% or more, including air and overnight travel
- Fluent in German and English
- Residence within the assigned area
