About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end execution of transformation workstreams focused on AI / Gen AI innovation.
Serve as program lead across regions to ensure seamless operationalization.
Work closely with the Innovation team to drive implementation of AI / Gen AI use cases.
Design processes, accountabilities, and support rollout of new tools and systems.
Collaborate with outside agencies on emerging technologies and business requirements.
Determine business value and use cases for emerging technologies across brands.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree related field: Master's degree preferred
Minimum bachelor's with 5 years of related experience in consumer-centric, fast-moving companies or Master’s degree with related internships.
Demonstrated success leading strategic and operational initiatives within a transformation office or PMO in a global setting.
Experience in cost optimization or digital transformation, ideally within apparel, footwear, or fashion.
Background in planning, merchandising, or buying is a plus.
Interest or experience in data science, AI, and GenAI technologies is highly desirable.
