Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of simultaneous retail design and construction projects
Develop and manage project tools (e.g., schedules, budgets, timelines, resource forecasts) to track progress, deliverables, and workload
Partner cross-functionally and manage internal/external stakeholders (vendors, contractors, architects, brand teams) to deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope
Drive cost efficiencies through value engineering, competitive bidding, and continuous improvement of processes and operational tools
Drive design development for longer-lead projects such as flagship locations
Lead high-level internal and external communications throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years managing multiple, concurrent retail or commercial construction projects
Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and make independent decisions
Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Programs, Smartsheet, Adobe Suite of Programs, CPM toolkits such as Procore, Bluebeam, Multivista
Experience with architectural and construction drawings, materials, and processes
