About the role
- Drafting all pleadings and other filings for assigned cases;
- Updating case information in the firm’s and the client’s case management systems;
- Experience in labor (employment) law;
- Monitoring and managing case proceedings;
- Preparation of legal opinions and memoranda.
Requirements
- Active membership with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
- Completed law degree (postgraduate specialization in Labor Procedural Law considered a plus);
- Strong knowledge of Labor Law;
- Previous experience in high-demand/high-volume environments;
- Strong drafting skills and logical reasoning;
- Ability to work effectively in a team;
- Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
- Capacity to handle large volumes of work and tight deadlines;
- Proficiency in Excel;
- Clear and effective oral and written communication;
- Resilience, organization, and proactivity;
- Ability to work autonomously with responsibility and commitment;
- Adaptability to different tasks and contexts;
- Empathy for maintaining good relationships with colleagues and clients;
- Interest in continuous learning and professional development.
