Backend Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for our Veza platform, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and security experts to define requirements and architect solutions that meet business objectives and security standards.
• Have a good understanding of the platform components (authentication, RBAC, micro-services, K8s, etc) to collaborate with the SRE team to drive Cloud-Prem deployments.
• Continuously improve the performance of the metadata ingestion pipeline.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and auditing capabilities to ensure visibility and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Continuously optimize and improve the performance, security, and scalability of Veza platform through code reviews, testing, and refactoring.

Senior Software Engineer – Backend, Cloud Platform

Frontend Engineer

• Build UI features using React, TypeScript, CSS
• Write Unit Tests (jest) and end-to-end tests (cypress)
• Collaborate with Team Lead to deliver features/tests/bug fixes
• Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers to tackle exciting and challenging problems
• Contribute to architectural decisions in the codebase
• Communicate with other teams to resolve conflicts
• Experiment and iterate to deliver new product objectives for Veza’s Access Intelligence

Senior Software Engineer, Frontend

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for SaaS-based Identity Security Platform, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with product managers, other software engineers, UX Designers and security experts to build product features that meet business objectives and security standards
• Develop and maintain the Access Request and Access Review features
• Develop and maintain identity lifecycle management features, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access control policies
• Implement logging, monitoring, and auditing capabilities to ensure visibility and compliance with regulatory requirements

• Responsible for overall business and joint GTM with strategic reseller partners to amplify velocity and maximize market adoption

• Create relationships and garner mind share across the Northeast region
• Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners and build champions and successful partner relationships
• Develop and maintain strategic business plans for each partner to drive mutual growth
• Build and maintain CxO relationships with senior executives of partners
• Create and execute partner enablement programs to ensure technical and sales readiness
• Monitor partner performance metrics and provide regular reporting on partnership health
• Identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities within the partner ecosystem

• Design, develop, and build integrations with services like AWS, GCP, Azure and resources like Box, Hashicorp, Databricks. These integrations have to be built ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Lead a team of backend software engineers, providing mentorship and guidance to help them grow their skills and expertise.
• Drive the technical direction for assigned projects, defining architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Drive the technical approach for a scalable way of adding integrations leveraging the latest AI/ML models.
• Working with PM/SE/Support & Customers on requirements, engineering/writing connectors, fielding EACs and feature requests
